Your direct line to Moneyhouse: The comprehensive Moneyhouse data on Swiss companies, their management and their credit-worthiness is available directly within the Opacc applications. The relevant data objects in OpaccOXAS can be linked to the external Moneyhouse data and updated at all times. This can be either when new addresses are recorded (with duplication recognition) or at a later date.

Two possible signatures are available: Time stamp and company stamp. Directly embedded into the document (PDF) or as a separate file together with the signed document in the Opacc Document Management and Archiving System (DMAS). This means you are fulfilling your legal obligations in terms of archiving periods and VAT reimbursement on a digital basis, and the duplicated physical storage is not required.
